ICHIRF is collecting details about the number of concussions you have suffered, which could be treated as health data under data protection laws. This is a special category of personal data which is deemed to be more sensitive than other data types. We therefore require your explicit consent to enable us to use this information to determine if you are a suitable candidate for our research study. Please note that if you do provide your consent you may withdraw this consent at anytime. However, if you do so, you will no longer be able to participate in the research project.
